These are not your average fly out trips. We have cross pollinated our staff with expert pilots, leading expedition physicians and some of the world’s foremost adventurers to bring you a training experience that will leave you confident and prepared for anything.  Our staff has been featured on NOVA, worked with NASA on such things as designing medical systems on the space shuttle, and regularly lead expeditions to some of the world’s most remote places including: Mt. Everest, Antarctica, Fiji, Mt. Kilimanjaro among others.  You will hear lectures, practice your skills, learn, laugh and have a blast!

The Sierra Nevada are a narrow, rugged, and challenging mountain range that features dramatic walls as the mountain rise from near sea level to over 14,500 feet.  There are many hidden gems in the Sierras.  You'll experience high density altitude operations, learn the finer points of surviving a forced landing in remote, rugged terrain, hear lectures on mountain meteorology and much much more.This short trip is a perfect prelude for those considering the Colorado Mountain Flying Intensive or a great way to practice those skills you've learned.
